I would like to pass on my appreciation for one of your team members, Donna Wozniak, my service consultant.  I have had to come in for repairs to my 2006 DTS tail light in June and a windshield washer heater recall in July.  Donna was very courteous, efficient and made me feel like I was the only one she had to attend to those days.  When in fact she was pulling her hair out checking on other customers, attending to maintenance technicians who had questions on some of the service requests while also putting my service requirements into the computer.  Her service and attention to my issues were very much appreciated and you are lucky to have someone so loyal and dedicated to customer service.  She also provided a very personal touch by coming to the lounge area in person to tell me my vehicle was ready, while I heard other customers being summoned via public announcement to service as their vehicle was ready.

During November 2009, I returned to Lindsay Cadillac to explore the possibilities of obtaining another car.  As with my previous Cadillac, Mike Somerville assisted me as salesman.  I was and am very pleased with the special treatment that I received from Robert Alexander and Mike as we closed the deal.  I was given every consideration.  My monthly car note was kept to a bare minimum.  Once the deal was done, Mike and Rob made themselves available to me - responding quickly to every query and customer service issue (to this very day).  I was handled with kid gloves by two seasoned professional - what a team!  I'm a Lindsay man for life!

Dear Mr. Lindsay,
It is with great pleasure that I send this message to you regarding the accommodating service that I received from your business this past week. As I am sure that you are aware of the fact that customer is a tough job and only the best in the business should survive! However, many are in the business and only a few actually live up to the title "Customer Service". So for that reason my letter is to applaud you and your team members John Sita, Service Consultant, Kim S Mosely, Finance Manger and Douglas V Baker, Sales and Leasing Professional at the Lindsay Cadillac location. To start, the day that I met your team did not start out to be the greatest for me when my car would not start after driving to my base location at work, through the torrential down pour that hit the Washington DC area last Wednesday, August 18th. (I am a resource teacher in the Prince George's County Public School System and I need my car as I travel to assist the schools in my area.) When I met John, he was attentive, comforting, and prompt to assist me with service and getting me into a rental vehicle. This was my first time using this company as I purchased my car at the Annapolis Cadillac dealership where I felt like I received good service. But none can match the level of service that I received from Lindsay! I do not know if the goal of the company is to co-service or co-support customers, but that was exactly the way I felt. The service provided between Lindsay and Enterprise was effortless and seamless. I could not believe the ease at which I moved through the experience of my very trying day. In a day of many complaints I would be remiss if I allowed this moment to go unnoticed. That is why I deliberately took the time to bring this to your attention. These gentlemen represented your company in a manner that all would appreciate. I have already spoken to many about the challenges of driving to and from Lindsay on interstate 395 - unbearable! But for this type of service, well worth it! Applauding and thanking you for your leadership...
