• Yes, we have all levels of charging stations to deliver and service your LYRIQ.

Can I keep the same service advisor for my LYRIQ?

• Yes, each service advisor is trained and knowledgeable of the new LYRIQ.

When servicing my LYRIQ will I receive an EV loaner?

• Unfortunately, not for a while, as they are in high demand and every LYRIQ is called for by a customer.

What is the procedure of getting the home charger installation and the $1500 credit towards that installation?

• Cadillac will make arrangements when the process begins and LYRIQ arrives at the dealer.

Does Lindsay Cadillac coordinate the home charger installation?

• Cadillac will coordinate with an expert installation company.

How long does the LYRIQ take to charge?

• With the standard, Level 2 at-home charger, you'll be able to regain up to 37 miles of range per each hour charged, while opting for DC fast charging at public stations allows you to gain 76 miles of range in a mere ten minutes.

When is the best time to charge my LYRIQ?

• Like scheduling your Morning Coffee being brewed at 7:00 am, your LYRIQ can also be scheduled to charge and can do so even in the middle of the night off “peak” hours.

What do I do if I live in an apartment?

• Cadillac is providing up to 2 years’ worth of free charging at the growing network of charging stations all over.

Can I switch my Cadillac wait list order to a Lindsay Cadillac order instead, without affecting where I am in line?

• Colors and options yes, but if you switch to an AWD vehicle, it will go in the second phase of the Cadillac release and could affect when your new LYRIQ will be built. All orders through, Lindsay Cadillac or directly through Cadillac, are being placed in line by the date the order was received, each order will be built sequentially by that order list.

Will I be notified when my LYRIQ gets to production?
